More information:
• For children up to 2 years old. - baby cot - on request, free of charge
• A child over the age of 12 is considered an adult;
• Accommodation including Friday and Saturday must be a minimum of 3 nights;

• Release - until 12:00;
Payment terms:
• A bank deposit is required
• 50% of the total amount within 3 working days after the reservation
• The remaining 50% of the reservation amount is paid upon check-in
Cancellation terms:
• Up to 7 days before check-in - no penalty/During this period you can cancel or move your reservation without penalty.

• After the 6th day before check-in - a penalty in the amount of the deposit/During this period you can cancel the reservation, but the deposit will be retained as a penalty/Important: All requests for cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email:

Card payments:

Payment by debit/credit card via virtual POS from DSK Bank.
Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa and Mastercard, B-card.
Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
We do not store data on bank cards used for payment through the site.
If it is necessary to return an amount paid by bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made.
